Solevi – Agricultural Company
Solevi is the farm some of our produce comes from: potatoes, onions, radicchio and cereals grown on the red soils of the Guà. Their colour comes from iron oxides; the clay component retains moisture during dry spells, while the soil’s good structure lets excess water drain away and prevents waterlogging.
A balance that suits very different crops: tubers and bulbs grow evenly and store well, radicchio develops compact, crisp leaves, and durum wheat and maize complete our production.
